Siebert -- Porter

Miss Courtney Porter and Mr. Nathan Siebert, both of Lee's Summit, Mo., were united in marriage at 11 a.m. April 18, 2020, at Our Lady of the Presentation Catholic Church, Lee's Summit, Mo.

The bride is a daughter of Tony and Pam Porter of Payson, Ill. Courtney is a 2013 graduate of Payson High School. She earned college and graduate degrees from University of Central Missouri in 2018 and 2020 respectively. She is currently employed as a Speech Language Pathologist at St. Mary's Medical Center in Blue Springs, Mo.

The groom is a son of Dale and Angie Siebert of Washington, Mo. Nathan is a 2013 graduate of St. Francis Borgia Regional High School, Washington, Mo. He earned a bachelor's degree from University of Central Missouri in 2018. He is currently employed as a Mechanical Engineer at GENESYS Systems Integrator, Kansas City, Mo.

The bride was given in marriage by her father at the ceremony conducted by Fr. Tom Holder.

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, and in accordance with city and state regulations, the wedding ceremony was attended in person by only the couple's parents. They were able to live stream the wedding ceremony for friends and family around the country, including the wedding party, who could not attend in person.

Matron of honor was Jessica Lunn, Spokane, Wash., friend of bride. Bridesmaids were Ashley Scranton, Griggsville, Ill., sister of bride; Haleigh Collins, Springfield, Mo., friend of bride; and Neely Humphrey, Payson, Ill., friend of bride.

Best man was Luke Yarnell, Jefferson City, Mo., friend of groom. Groomsmen were Jeremy Siebert, St. Louis, Mo., brother of groom; Jacob Siebert, Washington Mo., brother of groom; and Josh Brehe, St. Louis, Mo., friend of groom. Ushers were James Nieder, Marthasville, Mo., friend of groom; and Tyler Kleekamp, Gerald, Mo., friend of groom.

Flower girl was Charlee Scranton, Griggsville, Ill., niece of bride.

Ringbearer was Cayson Scranton, Griggsville, Ill., nephew of bride.

The bride and groom shared small dinner at their home in Lee's Summit, Mo., after the ceremony.

The couple plans to take a honeymoon in Florida in October.
