Luray man injured in Wayland crash

WAYLAND, Mo. — A two-vehicle crash Thursday morning on U.S. 136 at Wayland injured a Luray man.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a westbound 2023 Ford Escape driven by 67-year-old Luray woman failed to yield at 10 a.m. and pulled into the path of an eastbound 2024 Ram 3500 driven by a 28-year-old Elvaston, Ill., man.
A passenger in the Ford, a 69-year-old Luray man, was taken by Clark County Ambulance to Southeast Iowa Regional Medical Center in Fort Madison with moderate injuries.
The patrol was assisted by the Clark County Sheriff’s Department, Clark County Fire Department and Clark County Ambulance.
