Janet Ruth Welty, age 80, a resident of Good Samaritan Home in Quincy, passed away at 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at the nursing home. Cremation will be accorded and a memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, June 28, 2026 in the Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling. Inurnment will follow in the Mt. Sterling City Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until the time of services on Sunday at the funeral home. The Hendricker Funeral Home in Mt. Sterling is assisting the family with the arrangements.
