Funeral services for Allen will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, June 29, 2026, at J. Otto Funeral Home in Mendon, Illinois. Burial will follow at New Providence Cemetery near Ursa, Illinois. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. until the time of services at 12:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
