QUINCY — The Quincy Police Department reported the following arrests and traffic violations during the course of last week, July 12 to July 18.
July 12, 2026
Arrests
Nadaesha D. Lewis, 22, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for fighting.
Ronnie L. McKenzie Jr., 32, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for failure to appear (FTA) – aggravated battery. He was lodged in jail.
Freddie N. Uriales, 42, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for bicycle on wrong side of roadway.
Bryan J. Cookson, 53, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for failure to reduce speed.
July 13, 2026
Arrests
Savann J. Jones, 30, of Monroe City, MO, was arrested for disobeying a stop sign.
Takien A. K. Humphrey, 20, of Quincy, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle.
Darion L. Dawson, 33, of Quincy, was arrested for suspended registration.
Lewis E. Arnold, 51, of Quincy, was arrested for peace disturbance.
Dominick D. A. Dunne-Kirkpatrick, 23, of Canton, MO, was arrested for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass to a vehicle.
Traffic Citations
Jonas H. Petty Jr., 23, of Quincy, IL, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration, and issued a notice to appear.
Cindy M. Spohr, 62, of Quincy, IL, was cited for improper driving and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and issued a notice to appear.

Arrests
Camren W. Cook, 20, of Quincy, was arrested for expired registration.
Traffic Citations
David Darst, 18, of Quincy, IL, was cited for speeding.
Collin Etter, 30, of Quincy, IL, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
Alex Brown, 36, of Quincy, IL, was cited for suspended registration.

Arrests
Carl W. Hancock, 42, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for criminal damage to property and criminal trespass (x2).
Stephany K. Surface, 62, of Quincy, was arrested for improper lane usage.
Steven C. Adair, 45, of Quincy, was arrested for disobeying a yield sign.
Afton R. Mast, 40, of Quincy, was arrested for FTA – driving while license suspended. She was lodged in jail.
Eddie L. Jackson, 34, of Quincy, was arrested for violation of an order of protection and criminal trespass. He was lodged in jail.
Joshua R. Calvert, 52, of Quincy, was arrested for FTA – predatory criminal assault. He was lodged in jail.
William K. Arp, 69, of Quincy, was arrested for vandalism and peace disturbance.
Jonathan Torres, 21, of Ursa, IL, was arrested on warrants for FTA – driving while license suspended and improper use of registration. He was lodged in jail.
Yesid Abuabara Martinez, 38, of Quincy, was arrested for suspended registration and issued a notice to appear.

July 16, 2026
Arrests
Craig Gay Jr., 24, of Quincy, IL, was arrested on warrants for criminal sexual assault, aggravated criminal sexual abuse, battery, aggravated discharge of a firearm, reckless discharge of a firearm, and aggravated unlawful possession of a firearm, and for FTA – domestic battery, retail theft, burglary, and leaving the scene.
Maurice Garland, 51, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for FTA – failure to register as a sex offender, FTA – possession of a firearm, and possession of meth. He was lodged in jail.
Nathaniel K. Anderson, 47, of Quincy, was arrested for domestic battery, Adams County warrants for fleeing to elude and driving while license revoked, and new charges of disregarding a traffic control light, operating an uninsured vehicle, disobeying a traffic control device, and improper lane usage. He was lodged in jail.
Trenton A. L. Barry, 37, of Liberty, IL, was arrested for possession of meth.
Christopher L. Smith, 33, of Quincy, was arrested for FTA – driving while license revoked. He was lodged in jail.
Olivia A. Atkinson, 33, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for a ticket on file for domestic battery. She was lodged in jail.
Mindi N. Riley, 42, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for improper use of registration and disregarding a stop sign.
Desiree T. Richardson, 36, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for FTA – failure to reduce speed. She was lodged in jail.
Candace D. Quattlebaum, 43, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for FTA – driving while license suspended. She was lodged in jail.
Traffic Citations
Evan Lopez, 24, of Hesperia, CA, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.

Arrests
Jason A. Walker, 48, of Quincy, was arrested for violation of an order of protection. He was lodged in jail.
Todd A. Shear, 54, of Quincy, was arrested for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Seth T. Hickey, 33, of Quincy, was arrested for a driver’s license expired more than a year.
Shane E. Mowen, 33, of Fowler, IL, was arrested for delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, driving while license revoked, and failure to yield from a private drive. He was lodged in jail.
Traffic Citations
Juan S. Herrera, 36, of Quincy, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle and issued a notice to appear.
Carrington J. Prince, 36, of Quincy, was cited for expired registration and issued a notice to appear.
Katherine Curry, 63, of West Point, IL, was cited for suspended registration.
Lisa Tooey, 71, of Mt. Sterling, IL, was cited for improper lane usage.
July 18, 2026
Arrests
Michael S. Dietrich, 38, of Quincy, was arrested for peace disturbance and issued a notice to appear.
Christopher L. Ehrhardt, 29, of Quincy, was arrested for an Adams County FTA – driving on a suspended license. He was lodged in jail.
Aaron S. Dunford, 32, of Quincy, was arrested on an Adams County warrant for domestic battery. He was lodged in jail.
Malik D. Lee, 19, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for FTA – shoplifting, FTA – curfew (x2), FTA – trespassing, and FTA – stealing (x2). He was lodged in jail.
Norman C. Hall, 65, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for criminal trespass to a residence. He was lodged in jail.
