QUINCY — The Quincy Police Department reported the following arrests and traffic violations during the course of last week, July 26 to August 1.
July 26, 2026
Arrests
Harold S. Reid, 86, of Quincy, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and issued a notice to appear.
Traffic Citations
David J. Stark, 64, of Quincy, was cited for improper passing of an emergency vehicle.
Lamar E. Brew III, 29, of Mendon, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Taylor J. Wilftong, 27, of Beardstown, was cited for expired registration.
Matthew J. Casady, 47, of Quincy, was cited for speeding.
Parker E. Schutte, 30, of St. Louis, was cited for operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Jack D. Bizaillion, 54, of Quincy, was cited for improper passing of an emergency vehicle.

Arrests
John A. Knitter, 27, of 718 N. Hill Top, was arrested for fighting.

Jacob R. Dietrich, 33, of 1025 Klondike, was cited for using an electronic communication device.
Nolan R. Winn, 18, of Fowler, was cited for speeding.
Angelique C. Meinhardt, 46, of 2815 Cheswick, was cited for speeding.
Kyle A. Winters, 18, of 2218 Brookmeade, was cited for speeding.

Arrests
Bradley Hudson Sr., 69, of Quincy, was arrested for malicious mischief.
Jonquel L. Thomas, 25, of 928 Washington, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle.
Brayden J. Flachs, 20, of 1407 Cherry, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle.
Travis D. Koontz, 25, of 1200 Rim Rd, was arrested for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail.
Jason S. Voepel, 38, of 1308 N. 12th, was arrested for driving while license suspended, using an electronic communication device, improper traffic lane usage, and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Kendra Hunolt, 49, of Quincy, was arrested for suspended registration, operating an uninsured vehicle, and driving while license suspended, and issued a notice to appear.
Blake Brassfield, 26, of Quincy, was arrested for expired registration and issued a notice to appear.

Arrests

Shaquille Shanks, 30, of Quincy, was arrested on a city ordinance warrant for failure to appear for failure to yield. He was lodged in jail.
Ira E. Durham, 70, homeless, was arrested for aggravated battery and pedestrian use of the roadway. He was lodged in jail.
Hailey N. Wright, 20, of 933 N. 11th, was arrested for no valid driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle.
Owen M. Thompson, 19, of Beardstown, was arrested for using an electronic communication device.
Kaden R. Bartholomew, 23, of Schuyler County, was arrested for failure to appear for driver’s license never issued. He was lodged in jail.
Adianne E. Tuttle, 37, of 530 Cherry, was arrested on a Pike County warrant for failure to appear for contempt of court. She was lodged in jail.
Joseph F. Bullock, 49, of 6516 Broadway, was arrested for burglary and criminal damage to property. He was lodged in jail.

Arrests
Kaleb S. Benge, 32, of Fowler, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for driving 11-14 mph above the limit. He was lodged in jail.
Collin G. Etter, 30, of 2038 Cedar, was arrested for manufacture or delivery of cannabis, fleeing or attempting to elude an officer, resisting a peace officer, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, and squealing tires.
Aaron P. Tate, 43, of 1920 Adams, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle and suspended registration.
Katelyne Lockett, 27, of Quincy, was arrested for domestic battery. She was lodged in jail.
Thomas England, 47, of Quincy, was arrested for domestic battery. He was lodged in jail.
Beran C. Corley, 36, of 831 S. 5th, was arrested for driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured vehicle, and suspended registration.

Ethan Miller, 25, of Quincy, was arrested for domestic battery. He was lodged in jail.
Samuel Williams, 35, of Quincy, was arrested for domestic battery. He was lodged in jail.
William Bigsby, 47, of Quincy, was arrested for retail theft over $300. He was lodged in jail.
Traffic Citations
