Bridge north of Camp Point closing next week

CAMP POINT, Ill. — An Adams County bridge will close next week for structure replacement.

The Adams County Highway Department said the bridge carrying E2300th Street over Bear Creek north of Camp Point will be closed on Tuesday. The bridge is approximately 2.7 miles south of Ill. 61/Ill. 94 and 4 miles north of U.S. 24.

The closure is expected to last three months.
