Fugitive of the Week

The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help apprehending a fugitive. Valen L. Hall, 28, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department as of Monday for possession of methamphetamine.

Hall is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He has brown hair with brown eyes. His last known address was in the 400 block of Oak Street in Quincy.
