Pike County Fair kicks off Tuesday in Pleasant Hill

PLEASANT HILL, Ill. — The Pike County Fair kicks off Tuesday at the fairgrounds in Pleasant Hill.
The fair, which runs through Saturday, June 6, offers a new carnival with larger rides, the return of the talent show and baby contest, side-by-side barrel racing, zero turn mower barrel racing and live music on Friday night.
Also planned are pageants, livestock shows, the speed horse show, truck and tractor pulls and a demolition derby.

Admission is free for ages 12 and under. Arm bands for unlimited rides nightly are $20 for pre-sale and available by contacting fair board via Facebook or the website.
