Center man injured in crash west of New London

NEW LONDON, Mo. — A Center man was seriously injured in a crash west of New London.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2018 GMC Sierra driven by a 23-year-old Center man was heading east at 8:49 p.m. Wednesday on Route A, 2 miles west of New London, when it left the road, struck an embankment and overturned.
The driver, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken by Survival Flight to University Hospital in Columbia with serious injuries.
The patrol was assisted by the Ralls County Sheriff’s Department, Ralls County Ambulance, New London Fire Department and New London Police Department.
