The Quincy Regional Crime Stoppers needs your help apprehending a fugitive. Elizabeth A. Shepherd, 54, is wanted by the Adams County Sheriff’s Department as of Tuesday for aggravated DUI with a crash involving great bodily harm.
Shepherd is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. She has gray hair with blue eyes. Her last known address was in the 28000 block of College Avenue in Quincy.
