Crash west of Hannibal injured Quincy woman, man

HANNIBAL, Mo. — A crash west of Hannibal injured a Quincy, Ill., woman and man.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2015 Jeep Cherokee driven by a 35-year-old Quincy woman was heading east and a 2017 Peterbilt 389 driven by a 47-year-old Laclede man was heading west at 2:17 p.m. Thursday on U.S. 24, 3 miles west of Hannibal, when the Cherokee merged into the opposite lane and struck the Peterbilt.
The Cherokee’s driver and a passenger, a 55-year-old Quincy man, were taken by Marion County Ambulance to Blessing Hospital in Quincy with minor injuries.
The patrol was assisted by the Marion County Sheriff’s Department..
