Blessing recruiter earns national physician recruitment certification

QUINCY — Diane Beroiza, a physician and provider recruiter for Blessing Health System, has earned a national certification recognizing expertise in recruiting and retaining healthcare providers.

Beroiza received the Certified Physician and Provider Recruitment Professional designation from the Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment on July 7. The credential requires candidates to complete specialized educational coursework and pass a comprehensive examination.

Beroiza joined Blessing in 2019 as a clinic office manager in surgical services before moving into physician recruitment in 2022. In her current role, she helps identify and recruit physicians and advanced practice providers to meet healthcare needs across the region.

Before joining Blessing, Beroiza spent more than 25 years working in healthcare, including positions with Northeast Missouri Imaging and Hannibal Regional. She holds a master’s degree in business administration and is a member of the national recruitment association.

Beroiza, who holds the CPRP designation, resides in Hannibal.
