QUINCY — The Quincy Police Department reported the following arrests and traffic violations during the course of last week, July 19 to July 25.

July 19, 2026

Arrests

Raun L. Perrin, 46, of Quincy, was arrested for stealing and fighting, and issued a notice to appear.

Ryan L. Perrin, 41, of Quincy, was arrested for fighting and issued a notice to appear.

Nonina Y. Vincent, 66, of Quincy, was arrested for stealing and issued a notice to appear.

John E. Smith, 49, of Quincy, was arrested on an Adams County FTA for driving on a suspended license and suspended registration. He was lodged in jail.

Angela D. Brown, 52, of Quincy, was arrested for FTA – driving on a suspended license. She was lodged in jail.

Sharrod A. Hill, 28, of Quincy, was arrested for FTA – fighting. He was lodged in jail.

Daniel J. Williams, 37, of Quincy, was arrested for resisting a peace officer, FTA – domestic battery, and FTA – child abuse. He was lodged in jail.

Traffic Citations

Tiffany L. Ahern, 49, of Payson, IL, was cited for disobeying a stop light and issued a notice to appear.

Edward E. Hull, 34, of Quincy, was cited for operating a vehicle with suspended registration and issued a notice to appear.

Dianna S. Orr, 76, of Quincy, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and issued a notice to appear.

Ronda L. Smith, 63, of Quincy, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and issued a notice to appear.

July 20, 2026

Arrests

Dante L. Howard, 48, of Quincy, was arrested for FTA – driving while license suspended. He was lodged in jail.

Liam A. Hudelson, 18, of Quincy, was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, theft over $500, resisting or obstructing a peace officer, disregarding a stop sign, leaving the scene of an accident, no valid driver’s license, and improper lane usage, along with new charges for no valid driver’s license, disregarding a stop sign, improper lane usage, and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was lodged in jail.

Traffic Citations

Nathan Berta, 23, of Channahon, IL, was cited for an improper left turn and issued a notice to appear.

Ivy Berres, 25, of Quincy, was cited for an improper left turn and issued a notice to appear.

Micah Knaff, 33, of Quincy, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and issued a notice to appear.

July 21, 2026

Arrests

Laura J. Huff, 53, of Quincy, was arrested on an Adams County warrant for retail theft and a Pike County FTA for contempt of court. She was lodged in jail.

Quintin J. Ewing, 39, of Loraine, IL, was arrested for FTA – aggravated fleeing to elude, FTA – resisting a peace officer, FTA – fishing without a license, and a new charge of resisting a peace officer. He was lodged in jail.

Liam A. Hudelson, 18, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for consumption of liquor by a minor and issued a notice to appear.

Teagan M. Fox, 19, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for possession of liquor by a minor and issued a notice to appear.

Shawn D. Burton, 51, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail.

Adam Mckenzie, 61, of Quincy, IL, was arrested on a Sangamon County, IL FTA warrant for DUI. He was lodged in jail.

Megan J. Woosley, 38, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for FTA – burglary. She was lodged in jail.

Traffic Citations

Matthew A. Loos, 45, of Quincy, IL, was cited for failure to yield from a private drive and issued a notice to appear.

Timothy L. Strunk, 44, of Quincy, IL, was cited for driving while license revoked and issued a notice to appear.

Leslie A. Kirby, 43, of Quincy, IL, was cited for driving while license revoked, suspended registration, and an uninsured motor vehicle, and issued a notice to appear.

July 22, 2026

Arrests

Leslie H. Graham, 44, of Quincy, was arrested for a City OV FTA for trespassing. They were lodged in jail.

Kimberly A. Brown, 21, of Quincy, was arrested for a City OV FTA for trespassing. She was lodged in jail.

Liam A. Hudelson, 18, of Quincy, was arrested for battery, criminal damage to property, and resisting a peace officer. He was lodged in jail.

Frederick A. Rouse, 31, of Quincy, IL, was arrested on an Adams County warrant for aggravated battery. He was lodged in jail.

Lisa C. James, 45, of Quincy, was arrested for criminal trespass to real property. She was lodged in jail.

Cooper A. Ledford, 30, of Ozark, MO, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle.

Ernest A. Douglas, 29, of Quincy, was arrested for FTA – possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in jail.

Steven L. Thompson, 62, of Quincy, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle.

Amber R. Johnson, 41, of Quincy, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and driving while license suspended. She was lodged in jail.

Traffic Citations

Tim C. Dennis, 65, of Quincy, IL, was cited for driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, and issued a notice to appear.

Katie B. Hummel, 24, of Quincy, IL, was cited for a stop sign violation and issued a notice to appear.

July 23, 2026

Arrests

Christopher L. Smith, 33, of Quincy, was arrested for possession of a stolen motor vehicle, driving while license revoked, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, improper display of registration, and operating a vehicle while unregistered. He was lodged in jail.

Earl M. Woods Jr., 39, of Quincy, was arrested for aggravated battery. He was lodged in jail.

Larry L. Walter, 21, of Jacksonville, IL, was arrested for operating an uninsured vehicle.

Spencer K. Garcia, 50, of Springfield, IL, was arrested for FTA – driving while license suspended. He was lodged in jail.

Tykell L. Hammers, 19, of Quincy, was arrested for suspended registration.

Christina L. Williams, 33, of Quincy, was arrested for a peace disturbance.

Traffic Citations

Scott A. Warner, 59, of Quincy, was cited for operating a motor vehicle with suspended registration and issued a notice to appear.

Braelyn M. Green, 22, of Quincy, was cited for improper driving and issued a notice to appear.

Elizabeth A. Williams, 44, of Quincy, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and issued a notice to appear.

Kori M. Rossmiller, 18, of Maywood, MO, was cited for failure to reduce speed and issued a notice to appear.

Linda A. Schrader, 83, of Quincy, IL, was cited for improper lane usage and issued a notice to appear.

Jennifer L. Mast, 42, of Quincy, IL, was cited for improper driving and issued a notice to appear.

James H. Abbott, 82, of Quincy, IL, was cited for a stop sign violation and issued a notice to appear.

July 24, 2026

Arrests

Deshon G. Lewis, 31, of Quincy, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal transportation of alcohol, and issued a notice to appear.

Jared J. Helmick, 43, of Quincy, was arrested for aggravated driving under the influence, suspended registration, operating an uninsured vehicle, and improper lane usage. He was lodged in jail.

David M. Schlosser, 54, of Quincy, was arrested for driving under the influence and disobeying a stop sign.

Traffic Citations

Alec M. Dodd, 21, of Quincy, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt and issued a notice to appear.

July 25, 2026

Arrests

Leslie J. Bown, 20, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for aggravated battery in a public place.

Josiah L. Ryan, 23, of Quincy, IL, was arrested for aggravated battery in a public place, aggravated battery of a peace officer, and resisting a peace officer. He was lodged in jail.

Chase L. Owsley, 19, of Quincy, was arrested for aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a firearm/ammo without a FOID, unlawful possession of cannabis, driving while license suspended, and operating an uninsured vehicle. He was lodged in jail.

Traffic Citations

Tyler M. Moore, 21, of Quincy, IL, was cited for driving 15-20 mph above the limit.

Steven A. Shaw, 32, of Quincy, IL, was cited for driving 15-20 mph above the limit.

Alaina K. Pylican, 37, of Palmyra, MO, was cited for driving 15-20 mph above the limit.

Darrin D. Hanes, 24, of Winfield, MO, was cited for improper passing of an emergency vehicle.

Desiree D. Puga, 43, of La Harpe, IL, was cited for improper passing of an emergency vehicle.

Brook K. Bonar, 36, of Quincy, IL, was cited for suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Samuel C. Smith, 25, of Quincy, IL, was cited for failure to reduce speed and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.

Divonta M. Washington, 24, of Quincy, was cited for failure to wear a seatbelt and issued a notice to appear.

Adrianna I. Nilsson, 20, of Quincy, was cited for an obstructed driver’s view and illegal transportation of alcohol, and issued a notice to appear.

Wilbert B. Koehler, 49, of Quincy, was cited for driving while license suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle, and issued a notice to appear.

Robin Y. Hinterser, 60, of Edwardsville, IL, was cited for improper lane usage and issued a notice to appear.

Jeffrey B. Bair, 66, of Quincy, was cited for speeding and issued a notice to appear.

Mattelyn M. Schlieper, 19, of Quincy, was cited for speeding and issued a notice to appear.

Levi D. Goad, 20, of Joliet, IL, was cited for speeding and issued a notice to appear.

Nykimmie J. Wortham, 32, of Quincy, was cited for operating an uninsured vehicle and issued a notice to appear.

All suspects are considered innocent until charges are proven in a court of law.
