Family seeking information on Warsaw man last seen on Saturday

WARSAW — The family of a Hancock County man is hoping for any information on his whereabouts after he reportedly went missing over the weekend.

According to family, Joshua Crane, 42, of Warsaw was last seen around 1:30 p.m. on July 25 leaving work. With no contact from him, the family, including two children, have grown concerned for his safety.

In a statement released to media, the family noted that his disappearance is out of character for Crane. The statement notes that he may still be in the Warsaw area or across the river in Iowa, but there is no definitive information on where he is at as of Thursday.

The Hancock County Sheriff’s Department confirmed that they are actively investigating the disappearance. As of Thursday, the department reported that they have found no indications of foul play so far, but emphasized that the investigation is in very early stages.

Crane is described as being approximately 5 feet 10 inches tall, around 175 pounds with red hair and beard and blue eyes. He has tattoos on various parts of his body including the chest.
