Klingner engineer earns Illinois professional license

QUINCY — Jerad Noland, a transportation engineer at Klingner & Associates, P.C., has completed the requirements to become a licensed professional engineer in Illinois, the firm announced.

Noland joined Klingner in March and works out of the firm’s Quincy regional office. Before joining Klingner, he held leadership roles with the Missouri Department of Transportation, where he oversaw multimillion-dollar design and construction programs, coordinated environmental and regulatory efforts, and led multidisciplinary teams delivering highway and bridge improvements across northeast Missouri.

Noland is also a licensed professional engineer in Missouri and holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla.
