QMG offers free sports physicals

QUINCY — Quincy Medical Group will offer free sports physicals for student athletes at its locations in Quincy and Mount Sterling.

All area student-athletes are welcome.

Physicals will be offered:

5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 11 and Tuesday, July 28 at the 1118 Hampshire location in Quincy. Appointments are available by calling 2127-222-6550, ext. 3282.

1 to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 16 and Tuesday, July 21 at the 216 Pittsfield Road location in Mount Sterling. Call 217-773-3963 to schedule an appointment.

QMG asks that all required sports physical forms be completed in advance and brought to the appointment.
