The Quincy Police Department reported four arrests and two traffic-related incidents during its shifts on June 19, according to its daily media log.

Arrests

Danielle R. Thompson, 46, of Quincy, was arrested for domestic battery and failure to appear on an operate uninsured vehicle charge. She was lodged in jail.

Michael R. Matlick, 45, of Quincy, was arrested for violation of an order of protection. He was lodged in jail.

Destiny M. Koehler, 27, of Quincy, was arrested for DUI-alcohol and issued a notice to appear.

Traffic Citations

Bryce C. Kittle, 20, was cited for a traffic violation and issued a notice to appear.

June 20, 2026

Arrests

Gerad L. Epperson, 49, of Quincy, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a driving while license suspended charge at 6th and Broadway. He was lodged in jail.

Caleb J. Puester, 21, of Fowler, was arrested for criminal trespass to a residence and criminal damage to property. He was lodged in jail.

Janus M. Brooks, 43, of Quincy, was arrested for aggravated assault and issued a notice to appear.

Traffic Citations

Ariel C. Cruz, 30, of Quincy, was cited for suspended registration and issued a notice to appear.

Travis L. Oenning, 34, of Quincy, was arrested for fighting.

Roberta Oenning, 31, of Quincy, was arrested for fighting.

Barry Poe II, 44, of Quincy, was cited for failure to yield.

Arrests

Elijah L. Wilson, 20, was arrested for operating a moped on one wheel.

Tucker J. Cobern, 25, was arrested for suspended registration and operating an uninsured vehicle.

Morgan M. Dowell, 27, was arrested for failure to yield right of way.

Dakota A. Robinson, 20, was arrested for improper lane usage and driving under the influence.

Traffic Citations

Hope A. Audet Williams, 38, of Quincy, was cited for driving 11-14 above the limit and issued a notice to appear.

Evan M. Barnes, 27, of Quincy, was cited for driving 11-14 above the limit and issued a notice to appear.

Suzanne L. Williams, 22, of Quincy, was cited for failure to reduce speed and issued a notice to appear.

All suspects are considered innocent until charges are proven in a court of law.
